摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中不同比例的蒲地蓝药渣对山羊生长性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取24只健康、体重(34.05±3.38) kg的白绒山羊,采用单因子试验设计,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组(A组)饲喂以大豆秸秆为粗饲料的基础饲粮,试验组(B、C、D组)分别以5%、10%和15%的蒲地蓝药渣替代部分大豆秸秆和豆粕。预试期7 d,正试期65 d。结果表明:1) C和D组山羊的平均日采食量显著高于A和B组(P<0.05),A组山羊的平均日采食量显著高于B组(P<0.05)。D组山羊的平均日增重显著高于A、B和C组(P<0.05),A、B组山羊的平均日增重显著低于C组(P<0.05)。A、B和C组山羊的料重比显著高于D组(P<0.05)。2) D组山羊的干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于A、B和C组(P<0.05)。各组山羊的酸性洗涤纤维、钙、磷、铁、铜、锰、锌表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中不同比例的蒲地蓝药渣对山羊的生长性能和营养物质消化率产生不同程度的影响,本试验条件下,饲粮中蒲地蓝药渣的适宜比例为15%。
        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different proportions of Pudilan residue on growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of goats. A single factor experimental design was adopted in this experiment,twenty-four healthy goats with an average body weight of( 34.05±3.38) kg were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 goat per replicate. Goats in the control group( A group) were fed a basal diet which used soybean straw as the roughage,and the others in experimental groups( B,C and D groups) were fed experimental diets which used 5%,10% and 15% Pudilan residue replaced part of soybean straw and soybean meal,respectively. The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 65 days. The results showed as follows: 1) the average daily feed intake of goats in C and D groups was significantly higher than that in A and B groups( P<0.05),the average daily feed intake of goats in A group was significantly higher than that in B group( P<0.05). The average daily gain of goats in D group was significantly higher than that in A,B and C groups( P<0.05),the average daily gain of goats in A and B groups was significantly lower than that in C group( P<0.05). The feed to gain ratio of goats in A,B and C groups was significantly higher than that in D group( P<0.05). 2) The apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter,crude protein and neutral detergent fiber of goats in D group was significantly higher than that in A,B and C groups( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fibers,calcium,phosphorus,iron,copper,manganese and zinc of goats among all groups( P>0.05). It is concluded that dietary different proportions of Pudilan residue have different degree effects on growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of goats,under this experimental conditions,the appropriate dietary Pudilan residue proportion is15%.
