心理治疗对于老年抑郁和焦虑共病患者的效果观察

摘要
目的探究心理治疗用于老年抑郁和焦虑共病患者治疗中的效果。方法将2015年2月～2017年2月在我院接受治疗的60例老年抑郁和焦虑共病患者随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),分别给予常规治疗与常规治疗+心理治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分、个体和社会功能评分(PSP-CHN)以及治疗依从性进行综合评价。结果观察组患者治疗后的SAS评分、SDS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组治疗后的PSP-CHN评分与对照组呈现明显差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义;且观察组治疗依从性为96.7%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理治疗在老年抑郁和焦虑共病患者中的应用,有利于患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的改善,提升患者的个体与社会功能,增强患者治疗依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of psychotherapy on the treatment of elderly depression and anxiety patients. Methods 60 cases of patients with senile depression and anxiety treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),the control group were given conventional treatment,and the observation group were given routine treatment + psychological treatment,the anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores,individual and social functional scores(PSP-CHN)before and after treatment and treatment adherences of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. After treatment,the PSP-CHN score was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. The treatment compliance of the observation group was 96.7%,significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion psychological treatment in the application of senile depression and anxiety in patients,is helpful for the improvement of the patients with anxiety,depression,and improve the patient's individual and social function,enhance patients' treatment adherence,is worthy of popularization and application.
