摘要

研制了时速120km城际列车牵引齿轮箱。从齿轮箱设计参数、技术方案、计算分析等方面着手进行设计开发,并进行了样机的型式试验。试验齿轮箱运转顺利,总体性能良好,满足列车使用要求。
        This paper introduces the development process and content of the traction gear box for 120 km/h intercity train.The design parameters,technical scheme,calculation and analysis of gearbox are taken into consideration in the design and development,and the type test of the prototype is carried out.The gear box runs smoothly,the overall performance is rather good,and the requirements of the train′s running performance are met.
