CICARE沟通模式在老年膝关节置换病人中的应用

摘要
目的探究(CICARE)标准沟通模式在老年膝关节置换病人中的运用。方法选用2018年1月-2018年3月于赤峰市医院骨科行膝关节置换的老年病人60例(年龄61-80岁)。将其随机分为两组,标准对照组30例给予常规临床沟通模式;实验组30例运用CICARE沟通模式,通过比较两组患者对膝关节置换相关知识的知晓率及对护理工作满意度。结果实验组患者对膝关节置换术相关知识知晓率和对护理工作满意度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 CICARE沟通模式在老年膝关节置换病人中的运用,提高了患者的满意程度,有效减少了术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the use of CICARE standard communication mode in elderly knee replacement patients.Methods Sixty elderly patients(aged 61-80 years) who underwent knee arthroplasty at the Department of Orthopaedics, Chifeng Hospital from January 20 to February 2018 were enrolled. They were randomLy divided into two groups. 30 patients in the standard control group were given regular clinical communication mode; 30 patients in the experimental group were used CICARE communication mode to compare the awareness of knee joint replacement knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work. Results The knowledge rate of knee joint replacement and the satisfaction of nursing work in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of CICARE communication mode in elderly knee replacement patients has improved patient satisfaction and effectively reduced postoperative complications.
