病毒性脑炎合并可逆性后部白质脑病综合征的1例报道

摘要
<正>患者,女,53岁,主因突发意识不清伴发热一天余收住入院。患者入院前一天因"感冒"后突发牙痛、头痛,后于入院当日饭后出现喷射状呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,10分钟后出现意识不清,表现为烦躁,不认识家属,伴间断性四肢抽搐,牙关紧闭,小便失禁,持续数分钟后缓解。就诊于当地医院,予以安定等对症治疗后效果欠佳,故转入我院,我科以颅内感染?收住入院。患者既往否认高血压病史,既往子宫肌瘤、继发性贫血病史。
