复合膳食纤维对小鼠通便功能的影响研究

摘要
目的观察复合膳食纤维对小鼠通便功能的影响。方法 2013年10月根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》通便功能评价方法,将SPF昆明种雄性小鼠(体重18~22g)按体重随机分为2组,每组50只。每组再等量分为5组:空白对照组、模型对照组和0.5、1.0、3.0g/kg·bw剂量的复合膳食纤维组。连续灌胃15d后测定小肠墨汁推进率、排首粒黑便时间、5h内排粪便粒数和粪便重量。结果各剂量组对小鼠体重增长无明显影响(P>0.05);高剂量组小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率(92.70±5.34)%较模型对照组(60.46±16.13)%显著提高(P<0.01);低、中、高剂量组排首粒黑便时间及排便粒数分别为(163.54±42.79)、(143.16±31.73)、(143.43±44.71)min和(3.18±2.03)、(3.47±2.52)、(3.64±2.86)粒,各剂量组均能明显缩短排首粒黑便时间(P<0.01),增加排便粒数(P<0.05)。结论复合膳食纤维具有通便功能。
        Objective To observe the effect of a compound dietary fiber on the catharsis function in mice.Methods In October 2013,in accordance with the method for the assessment of catharsis function in Technical Standards for Testing&Assessment of Health Food.100SPF Kunming male mice(18g-22g)were randomly divided into two groups,50in each group.Then each group was randomly divided into five equal groups(the blank control group,the model control group and compound dietary fiber groups of 0.5g/kg·bw,1.0g/kg·bw,and 3.0g/kg·bw).The ink propelling rate in small intestine,the time of first defecate,the quantity and the weight of mouse feces within 5hours were determined after continuously intragastric infusion for 15days.Results The compound dietary fiber groups had no significant effect on the weight increase in mice(P>0.05);The ink propelling rate of small intestine in high-dose group(92.70±5.34)%significantly increased than the model control group(60.46±16.13)%(P<0.01),The time of first defecate was(163.54±42.79),(143.16±31.73)and(143.43±44.71)min in the low,medium and high dose groups,and the number of mice feces were(3.18±2.03),(3.47±2.52)and(3.64±2.86);All the three dose groups could greatly shorten the time of first defecate(P<0.01),and increase the number of mice feces(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound dietary fiber has the catharsis function.
