摘要
为研究膳食纤维产品"上上纤"对妊娠母猪粪便形态及刻板行为的影响,试验选择膘情、胎次和预产期相近的妊娠中期母猪24头,随机分为2组,每组12个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,上上纤组饲喂用上上纤替代基础饲粮中10%麸皮的饲粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期15 d。试验结果显示,上上纤组母猪的粪便评分(3.82)显著低于对照组(4.55),上上纤组母猪便秘比例(31.66%)极显著低于对照组(46.25%),咬栏比例(8.22%)显著低于对照组(15.83%)。试验结果表明,饲粮中添加膳食纤维"上上纤"能增加妊娠母猪的饱感,降低采食动机,从而降低母猪的刻板行为,同时添加"上上纤"能有效改善母猪粪便形态,缓解妊娠母猪的便秘。
