摘要
以4-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经还原、环合、亲核反应成酯、氨解四步反应合成了奥拉西坦。与现有工艺相比,该方法操作简便,收率高,纯度高,且降低了原料药的合成难度。
Taking ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate as starting material,oxiracetam was synthesized by steps of reduction,cyclization,nucleophilic reaction and ammonolysis. Compared with current synthetic processes,this method is easy to practice with a high yield and a high purity.
