中外优秀女子足球运动员比赛跑动能力的比较研究

摘要
足球比赛过程中,运动员的跑动能力是非常有价值和意义的研究指标。研究对中外女足系列比赛中运动员活动距离进行测量和分析,研究发现:(1)我国优秀女子足球运动员与国外运动员相比,在高强度跑指标上明显低于国外运动员,而比赛总跑动距离则差距不大。(2)研究选用统计学的相关方法,构建优秀女子足球运动员比赛跑动能力评定的标准。其目的是探索和发现我国女子足球运动员比赛跑动方面的特征和规律,并寻找和国外优秀选手间的差距,不断提升我国女子足球科学化训练和比赛水平。
In the process of soccer competition,athlete's ability to move is a very valuable research index.In this study,the distance between athletes in Chinese and foreign women's football competitions is measured and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Compared with foreign athletes,the distance of high-strength athletes in China is obviously lower than that of foreign athletes.Moving distance is not big.(2)This study chooses the statistical related method to construct the standard of assessing the competency ability of the excellent female soccer player.The aim is to find out the characteristics and laws of the running of Chinese women's soccer players and to explore the gap between the excellent players and the foreigners Soccer scientific training and competition level.
