超高效液相色谱法测定牛奶及奶制品中四环素类药物残留

摘要
采用超高效液相色谱法对牛奶及奶制品中四环素类药物残留进行同时检测,着重研究样品的前处理,最终确立乙腈/水(体积比为4∶1)为提取剂,无水乙醇为沉淀剂,并采用氨基柱作为净化柱。结果表明:四环素类药物线性关系良好,RSD<5%,实际样品检出率为100%,超标率在13.33%~60.00%之间。此方法灵敏度高、操作快速、简便,回收率在89.75%~92.26%。
        Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was used to detect tetracycline drug residues in milk and dairy products at the same time,focusing on the pre-treatment of samples,and finally establishing acetonitrile/water(volume ratio 4 ∶1) as an extractant and anhydrous ethanol as a precipitator,the amino column was used as a purification column. A precipitant and an amino column was used as a purification column. The results showed that the linear relationship of tetracyclines was good,RSD<5 %,the actual sample detection rate was 100 %,and the over-standard rate was between 13.33 % and 60.00 %. The method had high sensitivity,fast and simple operation,and the recovery rate was from 89.75 % to 92.26 %.
