摘要

目的分析延伸护理在喉癌患者术后生活的影响。方法本次实验研究对象均选自2017年3月-2018年1月我院收治的喉癌患者,共52名,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各26人,对照组喉癌患者予常规护理方式以及出院指导,实验组喉癌患者给予术后延伸护理,对比两组患者护理后的生活质量。结果护理后,实验组喉癌患者的生活质量指标的评分情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喉癌患者手术治疗后,采用延续护理方式进行护理,能够有效提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床中应用与推广。
        Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing on the life of laryngeal cancer Patients after oPeration.Methods Fifty-two Patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to our hosPital from March 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control grouP and exPerimental grouP,26 in each grouP.The Patients in control grouP were given routine nursing and discharge guidance.The Patients in exPerimental grouP were given extended nursing after oPeration,and the quality of life after nursing was comPared between the two grouPs.Results After nursing,the scores of quality of life of laryngeal cancer Patients in the exPerimental grouP were better than those in the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively imProve the quality of life of Patients with laryngeal cancer after surgical treatment,which is worthy of clinical aPPlication and Promotion.
