摘要
在硫酸铁-三乙醇胺的氢氧化钠溶液电化学体系中,研究了靛蓝还原染色工艺及其与电流效率的关系,讨论了电化学还原过程中电流大小、电极比表面积和电极材料等对染色K/S值及电流效率的影响。优化的工艺为:三乙醇胺30 g/L,氢氧化钠20 g/L,硫酸铁10 g/L,180目镍电极,恒定电流1 A。在该条件下,染色效果最优,电流效率最大。电流效率与电极的比表面积成正比。
        The process of indigo reduction dyeing and its relationship with current efficiency in the electrochemical system of ferric sulfate and triethanolamine in sodium hydroxide solution are investigated.The effects of electric current, specific surface area of electrode and electrode material on the K/S value and current efficiency are discussed. The results show that the optimum process is: mass concentrations of triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide and ferric sulfate are 30 g/L, 20 g/L and 10 g/L, respectively,constant current is 1 A and nickel electrode is 180 meshes. Under this condition, the dyeing effect and the current efficiency are the best. The current efficiency is directly proportional to the specific surface area of the electrode.
