摘要
为了研究瘦素(Leptin)、可溶性瘦素受体(sBO-R)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等因子在猫脂肪肝综合征(FHL)中的作用机制,将收集的33例猫脂肪肝综合征作为试验组,并以27例健康体检猫作为对照组,检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性(ALT)、总胆红素素(TBIL)和甘油三酯(TG)、Leptin、sBO-R、TNF-α及肝脏脂肪含量(LFC),分析LFC和TG与其他因子的相关性,经多元逐步回归建立线性方程,并建立了Leptin和TNF-α的ROC曲线。结果显示,与对照组比较,试验组血清中ALT、TBIL、TG均升高(P<0.05),Leptin、TNF-α升高极为明显(P<0.01),sBO-R降低(P<0.05),LFC升高(9.32 vs 4.11);相关性分析显示,LFC与TG、ALT、TBIL、Leptin、TNF-α呈正相关,与sBOR呈负相关;多元逐步线性回归显示血清Leptin、TNF-α是脂肪肝和高脂血症的独立危险因素,sBO-R为脂肪肝保护因素,ROC曲线显示Leptin、TNF-α对FHL诊断的敏感性高(90.9%、81.8%),特异性强(92.6%、89.9%)。结果表明,Leptin和TNF-α与FHL密切关联,可能是导致FHL发生发展的重要原因,而且可作为FHL早期诊断的候选指标。
In order to study the mechanism of Leptin,sBO-R,TNF-αin Feline Hepatic Lipidosis(FHL),the 33 cases of FHL were collected as experimental group,and the 27 cases of healthy check-up cat as control group.The serum alanine transaminase activity(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),triglyceride(TG),Leptin,soluble Leptin receptor(sBO-R) and Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha(TNF-α) and liver fat content(LFC),TG were detected.correlations with LFC and other factors was analysised,the linear equation was established by multiple regression step by step,and the ROC curves of Leptin and TNF-αwere established.Results showed,the expression of ALT,TBIL and TG were all increased in serum of the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.05),the Leptin and TNF-α were significantly increased(P<0.01),sBO-R was decreased(P<0.05),and LFC was increased(9.32 vs 4.11).Correlation analysis showed that LFC was positively correlated with TG,ALT,TBIL,Leptin and TNF-α,and negatively correlated with sBO-R.Multiple stepwise linear regression showed that serumLeptin and TNF-αwere independent risk factors for FHL and hyperlipemia,sBO-R was protective factor for FHL,and ROC curve showed that Leptin and TNF-αwere highly sensitive to FHL diagnosis(90.9%,81.8%),and had strong specificity(92.6%,89.9%).The results show that Leptin and TNF-αare closely associated with FHL,which may be the important causes of the occurrence and development in FHL,and can be used as a candidate index for the early diagnosis of FHL.
