摘要
目的探讨围产期抑郁症与相关激素水平含量相关性分析的研究。方法回顾性分析在本院就诊的225例孕产妇,分别分为对照组93例,抑郁组132例,对患者进行孕早期、晚期及产后42 d血清甲状腺素、催产素、催乳素、雌二醇及皮质醇水平的测定,使用配对t检验对实验组及对照组相关激素水平进行统计学分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果抑郁组血液中肾上腺素、皮质醇明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而血液中催产素、催乳素及甲状腺素水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05);结论围产期血清甲状腺素、催产素、催乳素、雌二醇及皮质醇激素水平的变化可以引起孕产妇抑郁症的发生,做好孕产期激素水平的检测,采取适当干预,有利于降低因为孕产妇抑郁而产生的相关不良并发症。
        Objective To investigate the correlation between perinatal depression and related hormone levels. Methods 225 maternal patients treated in this hospital was divided into 93 control groups and 132 depression groups. The serum levels of thyroxine,oxytocin, prolactin, estradiol and cortisol were measured at the early, late and 42 days after pregnancy. The levels of related hormones in experimental group and control group were measured by paired t test. Analysis showed that the difference between P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results The blood epinephrine and cortisol were significantly higher in the Depression group than that in the control group( p<0.05), and the levels of oxytocin, prolactin, and thyroxine in the blood were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum thyroid hormone, oxytocin, prolactin, estradiol and cortisol in perinatal period can cause the occurrence of aternal depression. It can do a good job in the detection of progestational hormone level, and take appropriate intervention, which is beneficial to reduce the related adverse complications due to maternal depression.
