改良B-Lynch缝合术在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用

摘要
目的探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法于2017年2月—2018年4月收治的前置胎盘剖宫产产妇中选取88例进行研究,随机分为两组,各44例,对照组44例术后给予缩宫素,观察组44例在对照组基础上加用改良B-Lynch缝合术,对两组产妇产后激素水平及月经情况进行观察。结果观察组产后24 h出血量、首次月经恢复时间、月经恢复正常时间、月经周期与对照组比较有差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组产后1个月、6个月的雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论改良B-Lynch缝合术能减少前置胎盘剖宫产术后产妇出血量,促进月经周期恢复,且不会对性激素水平造成影响。
Objective To explore the effect of modified B-Lynch suture in cesarean section of placenta previa. Methods 88 cases of cesarean section of placenta previa were enrolled in the study from February 2017 to April 2018 and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group. In the control group, 44 patients were treated with oxytocin after operation, and 44 patients in the observation group were treated with modified B-Lynch suture on the basis of treatment of control group. Postpartum hormone levels and menstrual conditions were observed in the two groups. Results 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage amount, first menstrual recovery time, menstrual return to normal time and menstrual cycle in observation group were significant different compared with the control group(P < 0.05). There were no significant difference in level of estradiol(E_2), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) between the two groups at 1 month and 6 months postpartum(P > 0.05). Conclusion Modified B-Lynch suture can reduce the amount of maternal bleeding after cesarean section of placenta previa, promote the recovery of menstrual cycle, and does not affect the sex hormone level.
