摘要
通过永磁调速器参数选取公式及现场实际要求合理选取参数,利用Ansoft 3D有限元仿真软件对永磁部件进行轴向温度场的仿真分析,分析永磁体铜盘与转子的轴向温度分布,分别模拟转矩、温度与铜盘厚度、转子厚度的关系,阐述了合理选择铜盘厚度和转子厚度的重要性,对永磁调速器的设计以及选型提供一定参考。
The parameters are selected based on selection formula of permanent magnet governor and the actual requirements of the field. The simulation analysis of the axial temperature field of the permanent magnet component is carried out by using the Ansoft 3 D finite element simulation software. The axial temperature distribution of the permanent magnet copper disk and rotor are analyzed. The relationship between torque,temperature and copper plate thickness and rotor thickness are simulated respectively. The importance of reasonable selection of copper plate thickness and rotor thickness are expounded.
