摘要
介绍了可调速轴向啮合永磁联轴器的特点和无机械接触转矩传递机理。基于三维运动涡流场,建立了单铜套型永磁联轴器的有限元模型,对其磁场和涡流场进行分析,得出筒式永磁联轴器磁场和涡流场的分布规律并分析了磁极数、永磁体厚度、铜套厚度及气隙厚度等设计参数对涡流密度的影响。进一步分析了永磁场及涡流场之间耦合力分布,解决筒式永磁联轴器径向力不均衡问题。选择四组不同结构参数进行双筒型永磁联轴器样机试制及试验测试,试验结果与仿真结果对比验证了有限元分析与传动特性研究方法的准确性。
        The non-contact torque transmission mechanism and the advantages of the longitudinal coupled permanent magnet coupler with adjustable speed system was introduced. Based on the 3 D moving eddy current field,the complete finite element model of the single cylindrical copper sleeve permanent magnet coupler was established,then the magnetic field and eddy current field were analyzed. The distribution of magnetic field and eddy current field were acquired,and the key parameters were analyzed by Ansoft Maxwell software,such as the number of magnetic poles,the thickness of the permanent magnet,the thickness of cylindrical copper sleeve and the air-gap,which affect eddy current density. Based on this,the distribution of the coupling force between the permanent magnetic field and eddy current field was analyzed,the problem of radial force imbalance was solved. The prototype trial-production of the permanent magnet coupler with double copper sleeves were presented by choosing four sets of different structural parameters,and the experiments were carried out,the results of the simulation and the experimental value were compared to verify the correctness of the finite element analysis and transmission characteristics research method.
