眼科留学生教育的思考

摘要
越来越多的医学留学生来我国学习深造。针对眼科留学生的教学特点,结合近年来我科在留学生教学中积累的经验,本文从教学目标及培养方案制定、留学生导师制度的实施、汉语学习及文化交流、教考模式及专业科研能力的培养等方面对眼科留学生教学进行了总结分析和思考。
More and more international medical students come to our country for further study. According to the teaching characteristics of foreign students in ophthalmology, combining with the experience of our department in teaching foreign students in recent years, this paper summarizes, analyzes and ponders over the teaching of ophthalmology foreign students from the formulation of teaching objectives and training plans, the implementation of the tutor system for foreign students, the Chinese learning and cultural exchange, the mode of teaching and examination, and the cultivation of professional scientific research ability, etc.
