摘要
根据《火花源发射光谱法测定低合金钢测量结果不确定度评定规范》对火花源发射光谱法测定SWRH82B钢中锰元素含量的不确定度进行评定,分析了影响不确定度的主要来源,对测量重复性、标准样品标准值、曲线拟合等影响不确定度的分量进行分析,最后计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,并找出影响不确定度主要因素。试验结果表明:标准样品标准值所引起的不确定度是该方法不确定度的主要来源。SWRH82B钢中锰元素含量为0. 69%时,其扩展不确定度为0. 02%(k=2)。通过对不确定度的分析,建立了测定SWRH82B钢中锰元素含量不确定度的分析方法,为合理评价本实验室检测结果提供了科学依据。
        The uncertainty of manganese content in SWRH82 B steel determined with spark source emission spectrometry is evaluated according to the"Evaluation Specification for Uncertainty of Measurement Results for Low Alloy Steel with Spark Source Emission Spectrometry",the main sources as well as such components affecting uncertainty as measurement repeatability,standard values of standard samples and curve fitting are analyzed. Finally,the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated as well as the main factors affecting uncertainty are found out. The test results showed that the uncertainty caused by standard values of standard samples is the main source of uncertainty with this method. When the manganese content in SWRH82 B steel is 0. 69%,its expanded uncertainty is 0. 02%( k = 2). Based on the analysis of uncertainty,an analytical method for determining the uncertainty of manganese content in SWRH82 B steel is established,which provides the scientific basis for reasonably evaluating the laboratory test results.
