摘要

我国社会正处于发展的重要战略机遇期,又处于社会矛盾凸显期,社会上公共安全事件频发,其中群体性事件尤为突出,这也对公安机关带来了挑战。为了实现社会的和谐发展,必须要将构建和谐警民关系作为全国公安机关的一项重要工作,从提高警察执法素养、拓宽警民沟通渠道、完善监督追责制度等方面入手,以便更好地满足人们群众的要求,将突发事件发生的风险降到最低。
        China' s society is in the period of important strategic opportunities for development, and it is in the period of prominent social contradictions. Public security incidents occur frequently in the society, and group incidents are particularly prominent, which also poses challenges for public security organs. In order to realize the harmonious development of society, it is necessary to build a harmonious police-civilian relationship as an important task of the national public security organs. From the aspects of improving the police law enforcement quality, broadening the communication channels between the police and the people, and improving the supervision and accountability system,etc., in order to better Meet the needs of the people and minimize the risk of emergencies.
