摘要

在原有二氧化碳气调储粮的基础上,研究开发了移动式二氧化碳气化装置(移动撬),利用二氧化碳槽罐车直接供气,对现有高大平房仓进行适度气密性改造,并且采用二氧化碳膜下气调方式。结果表明本二氧化碳气调储粮新工艺,不仅可大大节省气调储粮建设一次性投资,还可以大大节省普通高大平房仓气密性改造费用,在充入二氧化碳21 d后全仓平均浓度仍然保持在36.7%,完全满足二氧化碳气调杀虫有效浓度和维持时间的要求,杀虫效果达到100%,吨粮处理费用1.33元。
        Carbon dioxid is a maturing grain storage technology. In base of controlled atmosphere grain storage with carbon dioxid before, a mobile carbon dioxid generator had been developed which can provide gas with carbon dioxid tank truck. The current warehouse had been dealt with tightness technology and charged carbon dioxid under film covered in grain surface. The result showed that this upgraded process can save one time invest of controlled atmosphere as well as cost of tightness reformation for common warehouse. The even concentration of carbon dioxid in warehouse can keep 36.7% after charging gas for 21 days which can meet the active concentration and time in use of carbon dioxid for killing insect with 100%, and the cost per ton grain is 1.33 yuan RMB.
