快速康复护理路径在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的分析快速康复护理路径在胫腓骨骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月22日—2018年2月25日院收治的胫腓骨骨折患者100例作为研究对象。实施随机颜色球抽取的方式,将所有研究对象分为两组。两组患者分别给予基础性护理干预、快速康复护理路径干预,对比两组护理效果、相关指标情况、并发症发生情况。结果观察组优良率为92.00%、护理满意度为(94.36±3.99)分、疾病了解程度为(90.23±3.74)分,各数据均优于对照组[优良率:60.00%;护理满意度:(81.23±3.08)分;疾病了解程度:(72.03±3.08)分],差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论快速康复护理路径在胫腓骨骨折患者中具有一定的应用效果,可有效改善患者临床症状,提升患者的优良率以及护理满意度,对自身疾病了解程度也可达到相应的提高,可对后续预后奠定较佳的基础。
Objective To analyze the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway in patients with tibiofibular fractures. Methods 1 00 patients with tibia and fibula fracture in our hospital from April 22, 2017 to February 25, 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All the subjects were divided into two groups by random color ball extraction. Two groups of patients were given basic nursing intervention, rapid rehabilitation nursing path intervention, compared the two groups of nursing effect, related indicators, complications. Results In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 92.00%, nursing satisfaction was(94.36±3.99) points and disease understanding was(90.23±3.74) points. The data were better than those of the control group [excellent and good rate: 60.00%; nursing satisfaction:(81.23±3.08) points; disease understanding:(72.03±3.08)points], the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing path has a certain application effect in patients with tibiofibular fractures, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the excellent rate of patients and satisfaction of nursing, and can also improve the understanding of their own diseases, and the hospitalization time is shorter. It can lay a better foundation for subsequent prognosis and can be promoted
