摘要
目的探讨配对盒8(Pax8)、中性肽链内切酶(CD10)蛋白在肾透明细胞癌发生、发展及术后患者预后评价中的临床意义。方法收集宁夏医科大学总医院2010-2012年手术切除肾透明细胞癌组织标本,通过免疫组织化学技术检测Pax8、CD10蛋白在肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况,结合患者临床资料进行分析。结果 Pax8、CD10蛋白在肾透明细胞癌与癌旁组织中的表达强度均存在差异(P<0.05),二者表达强度在肾透明细胞癌临床低分期与高分期之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在不同组织学分级肾透明细胞癌中,Pax8蛋白表达强度有显著差异(P<0.05),Pax8蛋白表达强度与肾透明细胞癌组织学分化程度呈负相关(r=-0.472,P<0.05),CD10蛋白表达阳性率与组织学分级无相关性(r=0.005,P>0.05)。Pax8蛋白表达阳性率在有无复发转移的肾透明细胞癌中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CD10蛋白表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pax8、CD10蛋白表达阳性患者的Kaplan-Meier生存曲线均下降。结论 Pax8、CD10蛋白的表达与肾透明细胞癌的发生及发展相关,Pax8蛋白的表达与肾透明细胞癌的预后有关。
        Objective To explore the clinical significance of Pax8 and CD10 protein in the occurrence and development of renal clear cell carcinoma and the prognosis of postoperative patients.Methods The surgical resection specimens of renal clear cell carcinoma were collected.The expression of Pax8 and CD10 protein in tumor tissue and its adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemical technique,and the clinical data of the patients were analyzed.Results The expression intensity of Pax8 and CD10 protein in RCCC and adjacent tissues were different(P<0.05),and both of them in the low and high clinical stage had no significant difference(P>0.05).In different RCCC histological grade,Pax8 protein expression intensity had significant difference(P<0.05);Pax8 protein expression intensity was negatively correlated with the intensity of RCCC histological differentiation(r=-0.472,P<0.05);the positive rate of CD10 protein expression had no correlation with histological grade(r=0.005,P>0.05).The positive rate of Pax8 protein in RCCC with recurrence and metastasis was different from RCCC without recurrence and metastasis(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the positive rate of CD10 protein(P>0.05).The Kaplan-Meier survival curve of Pax8 and CD10 protein positive patients were declined.Conclusion The expression of Pax8 and CD10 protein is related to the occurrence and development of RCCC.The expression of Pax8 protein is related to the prognosis of RCCC.
