摘要

高校学生资助档案管理工作是高校学生资助工作的重要组成部分,做好学生资助档案管理工作具有深远的意义。高校学生资助档案具有时间延展性强、内容涉及面广、形式复杂多样等特点,针对当前高校家庭经济困难学生资助档案管理中存在的问题,要加强高校学生资助档案规范化管理的措施,加强制度建设,提高业务人员素质,推进管理现代化,把握关键时间点,及时整理分析,规范归档标准,改善保管条件,不断提升高校学生资助档案的规范化管理水平。
        The management of student aid archives in colleges and universities is an imperative part of student aid in colleges and universities, which is of far-reaching significance. The student aid archives in colleges and universities bear the characteristics of strong time extension, wide range and complex form. In view of the problems existing in the management of aid archives for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities, measures should be taken to standardize the management. To be specific, we should focus on the institutional improvement, enhance the quality of the professional personnel, and advance the modernization of management in the first place. Secondly, we should grasp the key time point to make timely collection and analysis. At last, we should make the archiving standardized and better the storage conditions, so as to continuously promote the standardized management level of student aid archives in colleges and universities.
