摘要
高校大学生职业生涯教育微载体是互联网技术高度发展的产物,是网络新媒体与大学生职业生涯教育有效融合的结果,可以突破原有的职业生涯教育传统模式。高校要在清晰明确大学生职业生涯教育基本目标的基础上,开发职业生涯教育微课程平台,构建日常微教育、管理与服务平台,多路径开发职业生涯教育微载体的教育功能。鉴于微载体在大学生职业生涯教育运用中可能存在的诸多问题,高校要从完善监管机制、组建专业师资团队、线上线下活动密切结合等方面着手,加强职业生涯教育微载体的有效利用。
The micro-carrier of college students' career education is the product of the high development of Internet technology,and it is the result of the effective integration of online new media and college students' career education, it can break through the traditional pattern of career education. On the basis of clearly defining the basic goals of college students' career education, colleges should develop a micro-course platform for career education, build a daily micro-education, management and service platform, and multi-path development of the educational function of career-oriented micro-carriers. In view of the many problems that micro-carriers may have in the application of college students' career education, colleges should start from the aspects of perfecting the supervision mechanism, forming a professional faculty team, and closely combining online and offline activities to strengthen the effective use of micro-carriers in career education.
