摘要

中国是渔业大国,拥有渔业船舶100多万艘,其中约75%的渔船为小型渔船。小型渔船的检验管理存在许多问题,已影响到沿海与内河渔业资源的可持续发展。通过调查研究我国小型渔船的检验管理现状,提出对策,为政府部门制定相关政策、法规提供了有力支撑,促进我国小型渔船检验管理的规范化、法治化和高效化,促进我国沿海和内河渔业的可持续发展。
        China is a big fishing country with more than one million fishing vessels, of which about 75% are small fishing vessels. There are many problems in the inspection and management of small fishing vessels, which have affected the sustainable development of fishery resources in coastal and inland rivers. Through investigation and research of the status quo of inspect ion management of small fishing vessels in China, countermeasures are put forward, which can provide strong support for government departments to formulate relevant policies and regulations. To promote the standardization,legalization and high efficiency of inspection and management of small fishing vessels in China, and to promote the sustainable development of China's coastal and inland fisheries.
