高强中空锚杆/索结构及全锚注技术研究

摘要
针对高应力、软岩、动压、裂隙节理破碎岩体及其复合型困难条件巷道围岩非连续、非协调大变形控制难题,提出了复杂困难条件巷道高强全锚注一体化控制理念,通过采用高强中空注浆锚杆、中空注浆锚索及高强护表构件全锚注支护,实现了锚杆索锚注一体化、全长锚固及围岩自承能力提质增强,最终形成巷道围岩"协同强力护表、叠加内拱、深外拱"多层次、梯次强化支承结构;试验表明:高强全锚注支护系统刚度提高5.8倍,抗剪强度提高0.5~0.8倍,在全国多个矿区沿空掘巷、高应力软岩煤巷等各种类型巷道应用效果良好,围岩变形破坏得到有效控制,提高了破碎煤岩体锚杆锚固力及锚固安全性与可靠性。
        Aiming at the high stress and soft rock, dynamic pressure, fracture broken jointed non control problems of large deformation, non continuous rock mass and its coordination compound difficult conditions of roadway surrounding rock, put forward the complicated condition of high strength bolt grouting roadway full integrated control concept, through the use of high-strength hollow grouting anchor and hollow grouting anchor cable and anchor the high strength surface protecting component support, implementation of the anchor cable anchor integration, anchoring, and surrounding rock self bearing capacity and quality enhancement, and ultimately the formation of "strong support of roadway collaborative table, experiments show that all high strength bolting system stiffness increased 5.8 times,resistance the shear strength is increased by 0.5 to 0.8 times, gob, high stress soft rock roadway application effect of various types of roadway along good in several mining area, destruction of surrounding rock deformation effectively Control, improve the fractured coal and rock bolt anchor and anchor of safety and reliability.
