优化椅旁护理在牙髓病治疗中的配合效果评析

摘要
目的探析牙髓病治疗中配合优化椅旁护理的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的牙髓病患者60例,分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用优化椅旁护理;对比分析临床护理效果。结果观察组疼痛消除时间、平均治疗时间均短于对照组,且护理满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(76.67%),组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙髓病治疗中配合优化椅旁护理效果颇佳,有益于减轻疼痛程度、缩短治疗时间、提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of optimizing chairside nursing in the treatment of endodontic diseases. Methods 60 cases of dental pulp disease in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was given the routine nursing, the observation group was given the optimized side nursing care; The clinical nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results The pain relief time and average treatment time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. And the nursing satisfaction(93.33%) was higher than that of the control group(76.67%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of endodontic diseases,the effect of optimizing the side chair care is quite good, which is beneficial to relieve the pain, shorten the treatment time and improve the nursing satisfaction.
