综合护理模式用于真菌性角膜炎的临床干预效果

摘要
目的探讨综合护理模式对真菌性角膜炎患者的应用价值及干预效果。方法选取我院收治的真菌性角膜炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。予以对照组常规护理干预,予以观察组综合护理干预;对比分析两组临床护理效果。结果分别经临床有效护理后,观察组总有效率、平均视力及满意度均明显高于对照组,且治愈时间显著短于对照组,组间比较差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式在真菌性角膜炎护理中的应用效果较为理想,能有效改善患者病情以促进身体康复,具有重要的临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the application value and intervention effect of comprehensive nursing mode for patients with fungal keratitis. Methods 60 patients with fungal keratitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given a comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results After effective clinical care, the total effective rate, average visual acuity and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the cure time was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionThe application of comprehensive nursing model in the treatment of fungal keratitis is relatively satisfactory. It can effectively improve the condition of patients to promote physical rehabilitation, and has important clinical promotion value.
