雾化吸入在小儿呼吸系统疾病中的护理进展

摘要
小儿雾化吸入治疗是小儿呼吸系统疾病的一种常用治疗方式,有利于小儿疾病的康复、保障小儿生命安全。伴随医院临床治疗水平的不断提高和发展,对小儿雾化吸入的护理服务质量也提出较高的要求。近年来许多研究资料中,从小儿呼吸系统疾病角度出发,分析雾化吸入护理相关方法的应用效果,为临床护理实践提供较多理论参考。本次研究从小儿雾化吸入常见设备与药液选择、吸入频次与药液配置、健康教育、小儿雾化吸入护理方法等角度,总结临床护理经验,为小儿呼吸系统疾病的呼吸道管理提供临床最恰当的雾化吸入方法,取得良好的治疗效果。
Aerosol inhalation therapy for children is a common treatment for children's respiratory diseases,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of children's diseases and the protection of children's life safety.With the continuous improvement and development of clinical treatment level in hospitals, higher requirements are put forward for the quality of nursing services with aerosol inhalation for children. In recent years, many research data, from the perspective of children's respiratory diseases, analysis of the application effect of aerosol inhalation nursing related methods, provide more theoretical reference for clinical nursing practice. This study summarizes clinical nursing experience from the perspectives of common equipment and liquid selection, frequency of inhalation and liquid allocation, health education, and nursing methods of children's atomization inhalation, so as to provide the most appropriate inhalation method for respiratory tract management of children's respiratory diseases and achieve good therapeutic effect.
