某院2013年-2017年老年伤害住院患者统计分析

摘要
目的了解某院60岁以上老年人伤害发生的特征,为制定伤害的预防措施和干预方法提供科学依据。方法从住院病案首页数据库中提取2013年-2017年因伤害住院的老年患者病案5005例,对老年伤害患者的伤害部位、伤害类型、重要伴随疾病及死亡情况等进行分析。结果男性多于女性,男女性别比为1.25:1。60岁～64岁的老年人占比最多。前3位伤害类型依次为跌倒(43.8%)、交通事故(28.0%)、锐器伤(5.3%)。受伤害部位主要是头部(25.8%)、髋和大腿(15.8%)。因伤害而死亡的占1.1%,其中以交通事故伤害导致的死亡为主。结论老年人伤害以跌倒为主,受伤害部位主要是头部。应采取有针对性的措施,加强老年人伤害的预防与干预工作。
Objectives To analyze the characteristics of injury among the aged 60 years and above in a hospital,so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of relevant prevention measures and intervention methods.Methods The5005 elderly injury cases from 2013 to 2017, which were extracted from the database of first page data of hospitalized medical records. The injury part, injury type, important concomitant diseases and death of the elderly patients with injury were analyzed. Results The results showed that there were more male cases than female cases,and the sex ration of the male to female was 1.25:1. The majority were aged 60 to 64 among the elderly. The leading three type of injury among the elderly were :falls(43.8%), road traffic injuries(28.0%),sharp injuries(5.3%).The most common injured part of body were head(25.8%), hip and thigh(15.8%).Death accounts for 1.1% of the total, which mainly caused by traffic accident injuries. Conclusions Falls was the main cause of injury in the elderly. The most injured part of bodies were head.Targeted measures should be taken to strengthen the prevention and intervention of injury in the elderly.
