摘要
为了解决采空区空洞火区高位火源问题,采用了两相泡沫技术并设计改进了一种新型气液两相泡沫发生器,采用射流喷嘴、螺旋喷头、渐扩式混合腔结构部件,解决了传统网式发泡器泡沫液分布不均和形成泡沫稳定性较差的问题。并将该设备成功应用到露天矿采空区空洞火区治理之中,取得了较好的治理效果,为现场应用提供依据。
In order to slove the problem of high temperature fire zones roof fire, two-phase foam technology was used for it. A new type of gas liquid two phase foam generator was designed. The use of the jet nozzle,screw nozzle and the divergent type hybrid cavity structure parts solved the problem of traditional type foam generator foam liquid distribution and the formation of foam stability is poorer.The device has been successfully applied to the open pit mine goaf empty fire area which has obtained the good governance effect and provided the basis for field application.
