平朔东露天矿不同特性火区的针对性治理方法研究

摘要
以平朔东露天矿火区治理为基础,分析了平朔东露天矿火区的特性,并有针对性地提出了对不可见空洞火区、可见明火巷道空洞火区及高温虚量钻孔的治理措施,通过采用注水、注浆、注三相泡沫配合骨料充填,多阶段降温及隔离带降温等方法进行治理。经过为期3个月的治理,平朔东露天矿的火区得到了明显的改善,火区温度持续下降,有害气体浓度持续减小,取得了较好的治理效果。
        Based on the treatment of sealed fire area in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine,the characteristics of sealed fire area was analyzed and the treatment measures for invisible hollow fire area,roadway hollow fire area with visible open fire and hightemperature virtual hole drilling were put forward specifically,which including water injection,grouting,three-phase foam injection with aggregate filling,multi-step cooling method and cooling method with isolation belt.After three-month government,the sealed fire area of Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine had achieved preferable control effects and been significantly improved,the temperature of the fire zone had continued to decline and the concentration of harmful gases had continued to decrease.
