地方本科院校美术类毕业生就业去向调查——以保定学院为例

选定地方本科院校保定学院为研究对象,对学校2016-2018届美术类专业毕业生就业信息汇总分析,掌握毕业生就业形式、就业流向、薪资待遇等就业基本状况。通过对毕业生和用人单位的走访调研,调研用人单位职业技能要求及用人单位对学校人才反馈意见等相关信息,总结地方本科院校美术类毕业生就业特点及发展趋势,挖掘在人才培养过程中存在的不足,提出明确"应用型"办学定位,优化专业布局,构建应用型教学体系,提升教师应用教学能力等措施,提升就业质量,推动地方本科院校向应用技术方向转型。
As a local undergraduate university, Baoding University is selected as the research object. The employment status, employment destinations, salaries and other basic employment conditions of graduates are mastered through the analysis of the employment information of the past three years graduates of Art majors in 2016, 2017 and 2018. By means of interviews and surveys of graduates and employers, we know the relevant information, for example, the requirements of employers on vocational skills and the feedback of employers on school talents, sum up the employment characteristics and development trends of art graduates in local undergraduate universities, and explore the shortcomings in the process of talent cultivation. Taking all the above factors into consideration, we can clarify the orientation of "application-oriented" universities, optimize the layout of majors, and build an application-oriented teaching system, which not only can we strengthen teachers' application ability of teaching, but also we can improve the quality of employment, and even promote the transformation of applied technology of local undergraduate universities.
