摘要
目的研究尸斑的客观测量方法及其与死亡时间之间的关系。方法研制出测量尸斑的便携式测量仪,在家兔死亡56 h内对其尸斑明显处和缺乏处8个部位27个测量点进行吸光度检查。结果分析死后不同时间段不同部位尸斑吸光度值的变化特点和规律,得出家兔多部位尸斑吸光度值与死亡时间之间的单元和多元回归方程。结论所研制出的便携式尸斑测量仪为尸斑的客观测量及死亡时间的推断提供了新的方法,并显示出较好的应用前景。
        Objective To explore a new method for the objective measurement of hypostasis and detectthe relationship between hypostasis and the postmortem interval. Methods The light absorption of rabbit skin hy-postasis at 27 measuring points of 8 sites was examined with a handhold spectrometer at different time pointsthrough 56 h since death. Results The changing features of the light absorption values of rabbit skin hypostasis atdifferent sites and different time points were analyzed and then the equations between the light absorption and thepostmortem interval were formulated. Conclusion By inventing a handhold spectrophotometer,a new method forthe objective measurement of hypostasis and the estimation of the postmortem interval is established,which may bewidely used in the future forensic practice.
