微波加热法制备尾矿微晶玻璃的研究

摘要
以包头铁尾矿、金矿尾矿为主要原料,以白云鄂博矿尾矿中含有的Fe_2O_3和CaF_2为形核剂,采用玻璃熔制-微波热处理方法制备出以辉石相为主晶相的尾矿微晶玻璃。材料的热处理制度为3 h升温至720℃,保温20 min。所制备成的微晶玻璃其显微形貌呈现枝状晶形态,具有交错互锁结构。并且材料具有较好的理化性能:密度为2.97 g/cm~3,抗折强度为264.62 MPa,耐酸性99.38%,耐碱性99.17%,弹性模量、剪切模量分别为109.83 GPa和45.39 GPa。该材料制成微晶玻璃管材/板材制品,可广泛应用于化工、电力、建材等行业。
        The diopside glass-ceramic materials were prepared by conventional glass melting technique and hybrid microwave heating using Baotou iron tailing and gold ore tailing as the main raw materials, the Fe_2O_3 and CaF_2 from Bayan Obo tailings were nucleating agents. The materials were heated up to 720 ℃ in 3 h, holding 20 min. The prepared glass-ceramics exhibit a tightly interlocking crystal structure, and the materials possess good physical and chemical properties: the density is 2.97 g/cm~3, bending strength is 264.62 MPa, acid/alkali-resistances are 99.38% and 99.17%, Elastic modulus and shear modulus were 109.83 GPa and 45.39 GPa respectively. The tube/sheet products made of glass-ceramics can be widely used in chemical industry, electric power, building materials and other industries.
