摘要
利用白云鄂博东尾矿和粉煤灰等固体废弃物为原料,采用传统熔融法制备Ca O-Al2O3-Mg O-Si O2(CAMS)系尾矿微晶玻璃,通过XRD、DTA和拉曼光谱仪等手段表征La2O3对微晶玻璃析晶特性的影响,并对密度、抗折强度和维氏硬度进行了讨论。通过分析维氏压痕裂纹揭示La2O3对尾矿微晶玻璃显微结构和裂纹扩展行为的影响。结果表明,随着La2O3的添加微晶玻璃的析晶放热峰逐渐右移,析晶程度呈弱化趋势,但是其主晶相没有改变。La2O3的添加引起微晶玻璃内相关元素聚集,改变了微晶玻璃的显微结构。元素聚集抑制了微晶玻璃的裂纹扩展,进而提高了维氏硬度和抗折强度。
        Tailing glass-ceramics of quaternary Ca O-Al2 O3-Mg O-Si O2(CAMS) are prepared by traditional melting method with solid waste such as Bayan Obo east mine tailing and fly ash as main raw materials. The effect of La2 O3 on crystallization characteristics, microstructure, bending strength, Vickers hardness and crack propagation behavior of glass-ceramics are characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), differential thermal analysis(DTA) measurement and Raman spectroscopy, bending tester and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that with the increase amount of La2 O3, the crystallization temperature of the as-cast glasses shifts to higher temperature; the crystalline degree is gradually decreased but the main crystalline phase does not change. The addition of La2 O3 leads to the aggregation of elements and the microstructure variation of glass-ceramics, which thereby suppress the crack propagation of glass-ceramics. As a result, the Vickers hardness and bending strength of glass-ceramics increased.
