摘要
针对涟钢冷轧超低碳搪瓷用钢开发初期在建筑装饰材料搪瓷制品上使用时出现搪瓷表面气孔问题,通过分析罩式退火(罩退)、连续退火(连退)不同工艺的冷轧超低碳搪瓷钢的原始表面、搪瓷层结构的差异,确定了带钢搪瓷表面气孔缺陷与罩式退火过程带钢表面发生Ti、Mn元素的富集氧化有关。优化退火工艺后,消除了带钢搪瓷表面的气孔缺陷,确保了带钢搪瓷制品的表面质量。
        Aiming at the problems of pores appearing in enamel surface used for construction and ornament enamel in the initial stage of development on cold-rolled ultra low carbon enamel of Lianyuan steel, by analyzing the difference of origin surface and enamel layer structure of cold-rolled ultra low carbon enamel steel in different batch annealing process and different continuous annealing processs, respectively, it is ascertained that the surface pores on the enamel of strip relate with the concentration oxidation of Ti and Mn on strip surface during batch annealing process. After optimizing the annealing process, the pore defects on the surface of strip steel enamel are eliminated,which can eventually ensure the surface quality of strip steel enamel products.
