摘要
目的:研究15-脂氧合酶-1(15-lipoxygenase-1,15-LOX-1)在健康体检者及炎症性肠病患者外周血及组织中的表达情况,探讨15-LOX-1的临床意义。方法:采用ELISA检测40例炎症性肠病患者和40例健康体检者外周血的15-LOX-1、IL-6以及IL-10的表达,应用免疫组化方法测定炎症性肠病患者和健康体检者结肠组织中的15-LOX-1的表达。结果及结论:炎症性肠病患者的外周血中15-LOX-1及IL-6的表达水平明显高于健康体检者(P<0.01);炎症性肠病患者的外周血中IL-10的表达水平则明显低于健康体检者(P<0.01);炎症性肠病患者的结肠组织中15-LOX-1的表达呈强阳性,阳性强度明显高于健康体检者。外周血及肠道组织中15-LOX-1的检测可以作为临床炎症性肠病的辅助诊断指标。
        Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of 15-lipoxygenase-1(15-LOX-1) in serum and intestine tissues of healthy people and patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Methods:The expression of 15-LOX-1, IL-6 and IL-10 in serum from 40 patients with inflammatory bowel disease and 40 healthy people were measured by ELISA. The expression levels of 15-LOX-1 in intestine tissues from 9 patients with inflammatory bowel disease and 9 healthy people were measured by immunological histological chemistry(IHC). Results & Conclusion: The expression levels of serum 15-LOX-1 and IL-6 in the patients with inflammatory bowel disease were significantly higher than those in the healthy people(P<0.01), while the expression levels of serum IL-10 in the patients with inflammatory bowel disease were significantly lower than those in the healthy people(P <0.01). The expression of 15-LOX-1 were strong positive in intestine tissues of the patients with inflammatory bowel disease, which were weakly positive in those of the healthy people. Analysis of 15-LOX-1 in peripheral blood and intestine tissues can be used as an index of clinical auxiliary diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.
