摘要
临床技能岗位胜任力是专业学位研究生培养的最为重要的能力之一。针对应届医学本科生有相当一部分同学临床技能不足的问题,构建耳鼻咽喉科学专业学位研究生临床技能岗位胜任力模型,从程序型任务、加工型任务和管理型任务等方面进行系统培训和考核,提高耳鼻咽喉科学专业学位研究生临床技能岗位胜任力。
The competency of clinical skills is one of the most important abilities of professional degree postgraduates.To solve the problem of insufficient clinical skills of a considerable number of medical undergraduates, competency model of clinical skills for professional degree postgraduates of otolaryngology was established, and systematic training and assessment were carried out from the aspects of programmed tasks, processing tasks and management tasks for postgraduates of otolaryngology to improve the competency of clinical skills.
