摘要
针对实时仿真系统中因复杂工件模型顶点数增多而导致实时性降低这一问题,提出了1种基于包围盒及空间分割的复杂工件实时切削算法,将需要进行精确切削判断的顶点缩小到包围盒大小的局部区域,从而大幅减少对整个工件进行切削判断所消耗的时间。分别在真实机床与数控仿真系统中进行切削加工实验,并对真实的工件与虚拟模型进行对比。实验结果表明,本算法在提高实时性的同时,能够确保工件切削与真实加工结果保持一致。
        A real-time cutting algorithm for complex work-piece based on bounding box and space segmentation is proposed.This algorithm aims to solve the real-time degradation problem due to the increase vertex number of complex work-piece.The vertices which need to be judged whether it is cut or not accurately is able to be reduced only in a small local area.Thus,the time for the judgment can be greatly reduced.Finally,the same numerical control codes have been programmed to control cutting in real machine tools and virtual system.Experimental results show that the algorithm in dealing with complex models cutting is able to accurately and quickly achieve the cutting judgment.
