双一流背景下特色大学工商管理学科发展思路及举措——以DZ大学为例

摘要
特色大学的工商管理学科在双一流建设背景下存在更大竞争压力。文章以行业特色大学DZ大学为例,分析该校工商管理学科的现状及问题,提出学科发展的思路及举措。研究认为,特色大学建设与发展工商管理学科的关键是洞悉学科发展趋势和学科特色,围绕未来市场的人才需求,基于自身资源及特色定位,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化创新、队伍建设和国际交流方面全面改革和系统建设,不断提高发展质量和创新服务能力。
The business administration discipline of the characteristic university has greater competitive pressure under the background of "Double First-class Construction". This paper takes the industrial characteristic university DZ University as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of the business administration discipline of the university, and put forward the ideas and measures for the development of the discipline. The study believes that the key to the construction and development of business management disciplines in featured universities is to understand the development trend of the disciplines and the characteristics of the disciplines, focus on the talent needs of the future market, based on their own resources and characteristics, Comprehensive reform and system building in personnel training, scientific research, social services, cultural innovation, team building and international exchanges, and continuously improve the quality of development and innovative service capabilities.
