摘要

分析了工程造价控制在建筑工程中的功能,探讨了影响工程造价水平的主要因素,提供了工程方案设计、工程施工过程、提升施工与技术人员的专业素质水平等降低工程造价的措施,为更好地调控各类影响工程造价的因素,有效降低工程造价,作出了过程性、重点性的思考。
        This paper analyses the function of cost control in construction engineering,probes into the main factors affecting the level of project cost,and provides some measures to reduce project cost,such as project plan design,construction process,upgrading the professional quality of construction and technical personnel,so as to better regulate and control various factors affecting project cost and effectively reduce project cost.
