摘要
煤层自燃不但带来煤炭资源和水资源的损失、森林火灾、环境污染等危害,而且还直接带来人员伤亡的严重后果。本文在分析陕北侏罗纪煤田煤层自燃原因及灭火机理的基础上,提出了采用阻燃浆液注浆形成帷幕,隔离火源,在帷幕内注入水泥粉煤灰浆液充填加固煤层着火空洞的治理方法。并通过灭火工程实例,检验了帷幕注浆灭火的治理效果。结果表明,采用帷幕注浆灭火技术可实现着火煤层的局部治理,对着煤田火区的局部应急治理具有借鉴意义。
        Self-ignition of coal seam not only brings damage to coal resources and water resources, forest fires,environmental pollution, but also directly causes serious consequences of casualties. In order to rationally control the coal seam according to different conditions, based on the analysis of the spontaneous combustion cause and fire extinguishing mechanism of the coal seam in the Jurassic coalfield in northern Shaanxi, the use of flame retardant slurry grouting to form a curtain was proposed to isolate the fire source and inject cement powder into the curtain. The treatment method of coal ash slurry filling and strengthening the fire cavity of coal seam was given. Through the example of fire extinguishing engineering,the treatment effect of curtain grouting fire extinguishing was examined. The results showed that the curtain grouting fire extinguishing technology could realize the local treatment of the coal seam in the fire, which could be used as reference for the local emergency treatment of the coal field fire area.
