摘要

水利工程是关系国计民生的重要基础工程,是人民生活和国家建设的重要组成部分。各类水利工程在满足安全性及防洪防汛、发电通航等功能性的前提下,其景观旅游功能越来越重要。尤其是中小水利工程与老百姓生活更加密切,论文分析了水利工程对人们日常休闲娱乐生活的影响及人们对水利工程的期望,提出了一些中小型水利工程设计和建设的一些建议。
        The water conservancy project is an important basic project that related to national economy and people's livelihood, and an important part of people's life and national construction. Under the condition of satisfying the functions of safety, flood control, flood regulation,power generation and navigation, the landscape tourism function of all kinds of water conservancy projects is becoming more and more important.Especially, small and medium-sized water projects are more closely related to people's lives. This paper analyzes the impact of water projects on people's daily leisure and recreational life and people's expectations of water projects, and puts forward some suggestions for the design and construction of small and medium-sized water projects.
