摘要
在土地资源极其匮乏的条件下,空间向地下扩建是城市进行可持续化建设的重点。由于地表建筑以及地下管道等复杂情况,中心城区既有地下空间拓建存在很多固有难题。通过案例分析,总结了几种常见的地下空间扩建改造施工方案。随后基于依托工程的实际情况,明确顶管结构转换法是可行性最高的施工方案,后续还需要深入研究。
Underground space extension is of the utmost importance in sustainable construction of cities under the condition of extremely scanty land resources. However, there are many inherent problems in the extension of the existing underground space in the central urban area because of complex ground buildings and underground pipelines. After the case analysis, this paper summarizes several common construction schemes of underground space extension and reconstruction. And based on the practical situation of the project, the highest feasible construction scheme of pipe-jacking structure transfer method is determined, and needs to further study later
