摘要
设计了一种平面运动圆环的转角位移自动测试系统,可实现对动态运动圆环的横、纵向位移和旋转角度测量。采用光学三角法与视觉检测方法,结合信号融合解算算法,实现高精度、动态位移与转角测量。实验证明:该系统可有效解决平面圆环在两个方向的水平位移与旋转角测量时存在的交叉干扰问题,可同时实现角度检测精度0. 05°,位移检测精度0. 1 mm。
An automatic measuring system of displacement and rotation angle of planar motion ring is designed. It can be used to measure the transverse and longitudinal displacement and rotation angle of the dynamic moving ring. Use optical triangulation method and visual detection method combined with signal fusion algorithm to achieve the purpose of high precision,dynamic displacement and rotation angle measurement. As the results of the experiment,the system can effectively solve the cross interference problem of horizontal displacement and rotation angle measurement of planar ring in two directions. At the same time,the precision of angle detection is 0. 05°and precision of displacement detection is 0. 1 mm.
