庄礼兴教授运用挑针疗法治疗肌筋膜炎的临床经验

摘要
挑针疗法是通过使用特制针具在人体皮肤局部反应点或穴位迅速、轻微、连续地挑刺皮肤或挑断皮下纤维治疗疾病的一种外治疗法。本研究介绍名中医庄礼兴教授分别选用其经验穴"肩颈痛穴"及第3腰椎横突旁阿是穴为主穴,运用挑针疗法治疗肌筋膜炎的临床经验,并分享验案一则以飨同道。
Needle-pricking therapy is an external treatment,it is a therapy of quick,slight and continuous pricking the local skin or subcutaneous fiber around the reflecting points and acupoints with a specific needle.This study introduced the experiences of Professor ZHUANG Lixing in treatment of myofascitis by using needle-pricking therapy,the points usually applied were his experienced points and Ashi points around the third lumbar transverse process.
