庄礼兴教授调神针法治疗运动障碍性疾病经验

摘要
总结庄礼兴教授运用调神针法治疗运动障碍性疾病的诊治思路和临证经验。庄礼兴教授认为该病病位在脑,因脑功能失常导致脑神失司,人体气血阴阳失调,从而出现一系列运动障碍症状,以调神针法治之,选与脑密切相关的督脉穴位及头部穴位以通督调神,配以合谷、太冲、风池调理气机、息风定颤,并随症配以局部穴位。
To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Zhuang Lixing in the diagnosis and treatment of Movement disorders. He believes that the location of Movement disorders is brain,the house of Spirit,which dominates living activities. Spirit will lose control of Qi and Blood as well as Yin and Yang when the function of brain become abnormal,which manifest as dyskinesia. Therefore,it can be treated by acupuncture manipulation of regulating Spirit. Points related to the brain from DU meridian and head are used to dredge DU meridian and regulate Spirit while LI4,LV3 and GB20 are used to adjust Qi as well as extinguish Wind to arrest convulsions. In addition,other points are chosen according to local symptom.
