前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效

摘要
目的研究前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效。方法 76例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者设为实验对象,根据患者入院先后顺序分成对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组选择常规治疗,观察组应用前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗。对比两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白含量、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组24 h尿蛋白含量与24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白含量与24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组降低程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.26%,对照组不良反应发生率2.63%,对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.3470,P>0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者应用前列地尔联合贝那普利治疗效果较好,可以有效降低患者的尿蛋白水平与尿微量白蛋白排泄率,值得推广应用。
Objective To research the curative effect of Alprostadil combined with Benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria.Methods A total of 76 diabetic nephropathy patients with proteinuria were selected as experimental subjects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of patients' admission, 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with Alprostadil combined with Benazepril.The 24 h urine protein content, 24 h urine microalbumin excretion rate before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the 24 h urinary protein content and 24 h urinary microalbumin excretion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the 24 h urinary protein content and 24 h urinary microalbumin excretion rate of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and above indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.26% and that in the control group was 2.63%, there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=0.3470, P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Alprostadil combined with Benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria is better.It can effectively reduce the urinary protein level and urinary albumin excretion rate.It is worth popularizing and applying.
